Here is the description of the video. It looks awesome, I can't wait! It will premiere via Yahoo! on December 19th.

Has Ashlee Simpson completely lost it? In the singer's video for "Out of My Head (Ay Ya Ya)," which she shot last week with director Alan Ferguson, she goes from talk therapy to straitjackets in short order, and she's literally bouncing off the walls. "It's probably the weirdest video I've seen of hers," her boyfriend Pete Wentz, who was on set, told MTV News. "It's like a Salvador Dalí painting meets 'Being John Malkovich.' She just went to this weird place for it. It has this kind of multiple personality, like the song does."

In the video, Ashlee hears voices — though they aren't in her head; they're the voices of her family, record executives, fans, haters and the media. The opinion overload is driving her crazy, so, according to the video's treatment, she seeks counseling. But her therapist, played by the song's producer, Timbaland, hasn't mastered the art of listening. He interrupts her in a strange drone that makes him sound like the teacher from Charlie Brown cartoons. From there, things just get worse. As the song's beat kicks in, the therapist's office walls melt, and Ashlee finds herself in the middle of a surrealistic landscape, with clouds moving in reverse, melting clocks going backward and a giant Rubik's cube trying to solve itself in the sky. Timbo, now looking like Sigmund Freud, asks, "Am I getting on your nerves?" A chattering mob — including media members with cameras and tape recorders for heads — is closing in, so Ashlee runs away, only to stumble on the massive head of a statue, which looks a lot like her. The head opens its eyes and sings, "What, is that all you got to say? What, what, you're rubbing me the wrong way."

Seeing a freestanding doorway on the horizon, Ashlee runs through it, slams the door and finds herself in a futuristic recording studio where the instruments play themselves, just like in Herbie Hancock's "Rocket" video. Timbaland is behind the mixing board, so Ashlee relaxes for a moment and steps into the booth to sing the first verse. But her respite is soon over, as people come in and start to flood both Ashlee and Tim with their questions and points of view. Ashlee attacks one executive with a mic stand, but when he falls, he splinters into dozens of tiny versions of himself, and the singer faints at the sight. When she wakes, she finds herself bound to the studio floor by cables, as if she's now caught in "Gulliver's Travels" and everyone else has been shrunk down to Lilliputian size. She breaks free, sending the tiny people flying, and when she sits up, she's seemingly safe in her own bedroom. But when she opens the door, it looks like a music video is being shot in the hallway, by a director who has a motion-picture camera for a head. He yells, "Action!" and a puzzled Ashlee sees her spitting image (dressed like Missing Persons' Dale Bozzio) get up and sing, "Ay Ya Ya!" But when she gets to the lyric where she orders people to "Get outta my head," the fake Ashlee collapses. The real Ashlee gasps, causing everyone to notice her. She runs for the studio door, only to find herself back in surreal land, where even her own body doesn't look real anymore.

Defending herself with parts of the melting clock, Ashlee is captured by two men in white with a padded wagon, who put her in a padded room and a straitjacket. She springs from the floor and sticks high on the walls, leaping and sticking to opposite walls as the attendants try to reach her, until ultimately, she's hanging upside down. Her chaperoned visitors and the attendants are finally speechless.

The Rehab singer, who is set to be questioned by police over husband Blake Fielder-Civil' charges of assault and allegedly perverting the course of justice, could face prison if she is linked to the conspiracy to clear Blake.

Amy has reportedly vowed to kill herself if she is parted from her husband by a lengthy jail sentence.

A source is quoted as saying: “Amy has had her problems but she is really teetering on the brink.

She has hatched a suicide pact with Blake. If they are both handed lengthy jail sentences she is determined they will end it together rather than face five years apart.

“She can’t live without Blake and her family are worried sick. This could finish her off. She isn’t strong enough for prison life.”

Amy must present herself for questioning this week. She will be finger-printed and asked to give DNA samples, as police reportedly believe she may be linked to crucial documents seized after
Blake was arrested.

A police source said: “This is a very significant development in the investigation.”

Barman James King was allegedly offered £200,000 to change his story, after Blake and his friend Michael Brown were charged with grievous bodily harm following a brawl which severely injured King.

Last month, police searched Amy’s north London home and recovered mobile phone records, bank details and computer software.

Last week, the offices of Amy’s accountant were reportedly searched so officers could review all her transactions.

The source added: “As soon as the figure of £200,000 emerged, the finger of suspicion started to point in her direction. How could Blake, who is not wealthy, be expected to come up with that kind of money? Police want to see where Amy’s money goes to. They will account for every penny.”

If found guilty of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice Amy could face life in prison.

The WGA announced today that it would not grant the Golden Globes or Oscars WGA waivers. This means that no Guild members can work on the show.

The writers will most likely picket both award shows, and obviously no actors will cross it.

Night Shows Are Back

David Letterman, Jay Leno, and Conan O'Brian are back! David is a WGA member himself therefor he was able to negotiate an independent contract with the WGA. He should be back in a matter of days.

Also, NBC is expected to announce today that both Leno and O’Brien will be back on the air by January 2nd, although they’ll be coming back without writers as they are not WGA members and could not negotiate a deal.

No news on Jimmy Kimmel yet.

What a slow day...at least we have the "Piece Of Me" video premiere tonight to make up for it.

Anyways Lindsay Lohan did an interview with Las Vegas radio station, Mix 94.1.

- Lindsay says she's doing really well and that she feels like she's grown up and is now a new person.
- She says 99% of the media is bad and that the 1% is almost all good stuff.
- She says she just doesn't watch any celebrity tv or read any magazines or anything so she doesn't know what's being said about her.
- She says her re-uniting with her father is going great.
- Lindsay neither confirms or denies still seeing Riley Giles.
- She puts out some quick facts about her including that her favorite fast food resteraunt is McDonalds and that her guilty pleasure TV show is Tila Tequila.
- Is asked when her new album will come out but doesn't reply.
- Says that her new album will be going towards a more Urban/Pop direction this time around.
- Says singing and acting are just as important to her.
- Lindsay says she would love to go to Africa and help out children there.

That's pretty much the whole interview. Pretty interesting. I'm guessing her new album will be out towards the end of next year of early 2009.

The rumors began when a woman allegedly sold her story for profit to a paparazzi agency. Longoria’s publicist says the rumors are “completely, 100 percent false and untrue.” Eva also says herself “Tony has been nothing short of the perfect husband.” Today while shooting a commercial for L’Oreal with Heather Locklear, Tony came to watch on set.

About 60 people lost their jobs at Interscope and Geffen Records on Thursday when both labels merged into one, PerezHilton.com has learned. Many of those laid off had been there for years.

The biggest reason for the merger and cutbacks, they tell PerezHilton.Com, is the huge failures of the Will.I.Am, Nicole Scherzinger and Eve albums, the last two which aren’t even out yet.

“It cost $18 million to make and market those three albums - all bombs,” a music industry source tells us. “Jimmy Iovine [the head of Interscope responsible for the layoffs] is the most hated man in music today!”

Liza Minnelli Collapses On Stage!

The singer was performing in a Christmas show Wednesday in Goteborg, Sweden's second biggest city, but collapsed as she walked off stage after finishing her fourth song, said Zlakto Nedanovski, a spokesman for the concert's organizers.

"As she walked down the steps, she passed out. She was taken immediately to her hotel where a doctor was waiting," Nedanovski told The Associated Press.

He said Minnelli was flown to the United States on Thursday on the advice of her doctors there.

"She had felt a bit dizzy before she got up on stage," but decided to proceed with the show anyway, Nedanovski said.

Baby Spice was seen on crutches yesterday (picture above.) The cause?

“During the last song they sang - right when they were about to leave - they were walking back to the main stage and Baby Spice fell on the stairs,” a concertgoer tells PerezHilton.Com. “The other girls helped her get up and walked to their positions before disappearing from the stage.”

Her injured ankle has forced the group to pull out of a TV performance. The Spice Girls were due to appear on the BBC reality show Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday - ahead of their first performance at London’s O2 Arena the same night - but they have canceled now.

It’s unknown if Baby will recover in time to perform on Saturday, the first night of the band’s 17 evening stint in London.

Bunton is expected to see a doctor on Friday to reassess the situation.

Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is “going to seek court sanctions against Miss Spears.”

What does that mean?

It means that if Britney misses her deposition when it is rescheduled, she could be held in contempt of court and ARRESTED!

“It’s really astounding that she did not show up to her deposition Wednesday morning,” an insider tells us. “It was ordered by the court!”

Additionally, sources tell us that K-Fed’s team is expecting Unfitney’s shady friend, Osama Lutfi, of trying to pull a similar stunt. However, we hear that steps are being taken to ensure that he too is deposed, as he’s been ordered to. Lutfi has already been missing in action once.

Knowles is currently in the studio in Los Angeles, recording the follow-up to 2003's "Solo Star," via Columbia. "Her record is totally bananas," Geffen Records chairman Ron Fair tells Billboard.com. "It's not what people would expect from her. The music is more eclectic and international. She's in her own lane."

"It's a touch of retro with beautiful R&B songs and influences of early Natalie Cole and Carole King, and she's only 21," he continues. "I'm crazy about the Pharrell Williams' record that she recently finished, called 'I Decided.' We're finishing the album now."

Newlyweds Pt. 2

Pamela Anderson and her husband, Rick Solomon, are doing their own reality TV show. The show is being developed for the E! networks and will “bring viewers inside their whirlwind lifestyle."

“We’re in every night. Having sex,” Anderson recently said of her marriage.

They can’t really show that on TV, though. But they’re gonna try!

A source close to the show says, “Think Nick and Jessica’s show [MTV’s Newlyweds], but with a lot more sex and a crazier family life. These two don’t have any boundaries, which is perfect for reality stars.”

The show is expected to debut some time in 2008.

No Golden Globe Awards?

The Golden Globe nominations will be announced tomorrow, but the day may not be merry for the nominees and big studios.

One of the repercussions of the Hollywood writers strike is that the Golden Globes in January may be cancelled, delayed or go ahead without any star support.

This will hurt the big studios’ chances of capitalizing off the Globes noms and wins for box office appeal and to lure Oscar voters.

If the Golden Globes do go on as planned, the Writers Guild of America will likely picket the show.

Screen Actors Guild members will not cross the picket line if they’re nominated. The unions stand in solidarity, and SAG is likely to go on strike for the same reasons (DVD residuals and internet rights) this coming June.

There’s a possibility the WGA will not picket the Globes and grant them a waiver, allowing their writers to work on the show, but that seems unlikely, according to industry insiders.

The actor showed up to a Chicago court today to face charges from his arrest in early November.

The Transformers star was detained by police after he refused to leave a Walgreens and appeared drunk or high.

Wednesday morning, LaBeouf was welcomed with the good news that Walgreens does not want to press charges against him. Case closed.

TMZ has learned that "Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek (right) has suffered a heart attack. I'll take medical emergencies for $1000!

A rep for the show confirms to TMZ the 67-year-old host had a minor heart attack but is "resting comfortably." We're told he will be back in the studio for the show's next scheduled tapings in January.

Trebek, who was born Giorgi Suka-Alex Trebek, has been the host of "Jeopardy!" since September of 1984.

Dr. Jan Adams Settles Sponge Lawsuit

Dr. Jan Adams has just agreed to start making payments to a former patient who sued him, claiming he left a sponge inside her during a surgery in 1996.

Bob Nehoray, the attorney for plaintiff Lori Ufondu, told TMZ that Adams has already made one payment towards the nearly $150,000 Adams owes his client. Adams has already made one payment and will continue to do so until April of next year, when the parties will meet again.

Ufondu had previously won a judgment against Adams in excess of $100,000 -- but she was never paid. He appeared in court last month to answer questions about his assets, but was so late to the hearing that the judge issued a warrant for his arrest. He eventually showed and the warrant was recalled.

Adams was the surgeon who operated on Dr. Donda West, the mother of Kanye West, the day before she died.

PETA vs. The Olsens

PETA has launched a new campaign against the Olsens.

The animal rights group has launched an all-out attack on the tiny twins, who have been photographed wearing fur and have included fur in their fashion lines.

“Fur Is Worn by Beautiful Animals and Ugly People,” reads a new PETA ad to run in magazines.

The org released a statement saying, “No one would argue that Mary-Kate and Ashley could use some meat on their bones, but the last thing they need is hair on their backs.”

PETA has gone so far as to dub Mary-Kate and Ashley “Hairy-Kate” and “Trashley.”

They’ve even started a website against the “Trollsen Twins” and are selling merch!

The Entertainment Strikes Continue

Writers, then broadway (broadway now resolved), and now this.

Hundreds of employees at MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon and all the Viacom properties walked out (again) today. Frustrated workers are protesting for benefits and health insurance for the “permatemps” that have been at the company in some cases for years and aren’t getting anything. Protests will reportedly be held in Times Square every day this week outside the TRL headquarters at 3 P.M.

Here's a couple minor updates on Ashlee Simpson.

On December 6th Ashlee shot the music video for her new single "Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)" (which was produced by Timbaland) with director Alan Ferguson. When asked to describe the video, Ashlee told Billboard.com, "One of my favorite artists is Salvador Dali. You'll see a little bit of that surrealism in it. There's a bit of 'Being John Malkovich' in there too. It's a little out there." The video will premiere on Yahoo! on December 19th. You can buy the single on iTunes on December 11th.

Ashlee also told Billboard.com a little about her up-coming album, rumored to be titled "Color Outside The Lines", "There's definitely influences here and there from 80's music, but it's definitely not a full-on '80s record". "There's a pop/rock element as well," she notes, pointing to songs like "Never Dream Alone" and the sassy "Rulebreaker." The album is due out early 2008.

The actor wrote a blog on his MySpace page early Saturday morning, detailing how it all went down. He wrote, "Walking back to my friend's car, about a block away from the party, two men jumped out of their car and held a gun to my face and stole my wallet and my friend's purse/camera/phone."

Blue wrote that he was happy to be alive (obviously!) and also glad it didn't happen to one of his richer co-stars -- like America Ferrera or Judith Light.

“Dear Amy,

I HOPE you understand why I’m writing this. We have spoken recently but many people will wonder why I haven’t run down to whatever hotel you’re staying in, scooped you up and taken you home for a hot bath and a steaming bowl of chicken soup.

It’s because your father and I know what you’re like, Amy.

We want to help you, but we know that unless you want to be helped— unless you come to us—anything we tried would be in vain.

So this letter is my way of making sure that you know that—that all you have to do is come to us, Amy, and we’ll do everything in our power to get you well again.

After all, you are still my baby and you always will be.

I pile hope upon hope that you will make that decision, Amy, and your strong will can bend for just a moment to make that decision and come home to me.

And not just because we were delighted for your success, that you had finally fulfilled that childhood dream of singing your heart out in front of millions. But also because finally, the whole country thought our little girl was just as special as we knew you were.

Some wonderful things have happened since that night, darling, but also some not so wonderful. Blake, your husband, might not be my favourite person—you know that, Amy—but he’s your choice and I would never say anything about him to hurt you.

When I was quoted recently as saying “Thank God Blake’s inside” what I meant was that putting him in jail might help him to clean up HIS act and change HIS life.

It wasn’t said out of viciousness or to upset you. If your relationship is meant to be, it will survive.

I’m a great believer that everything in life happens for a reason, a purpose. And if you two are destined to be together forever, then so be it.

Paris is in South Beach, and Friday night the heiress attempted to go incognito with some shades, a hat and a wig. But that reindeer outfit on her dog kinda gives her away!

Hilton has been in hot pursuit of ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos, following him from club to club and attempting to get every girl that came near him out of his way.

Wednesday night, Paris started screaming at Brandon Davis’s ex-girlfriend, Caroline Vreeland, who was chatting up Stavros at club Mansion, the NY Post is reporting.

Thursday night, Hilton took it up a notch!

“Paris saw that Stavros was with a girl [at Mokai], and she went crazy,” the paper reports. “She literally stood on Stavros’ table and began screaming at him. Then she started dancing and trying to get his attention. Paris went to great lengths trying to get Stavros’ date kicked out, begging club security to get rid of the girl. Paris was so furious, she ended up walking up to the girl and just punched her.”

Hilton’s rep denies her client hit anyone but acknowledged she was at those clubs.

Whatever she did, Paris got her way! She and Niarchos were seen making out late Thursday night.

According to a statement issued by his record label, the 20-year-old is suffering from "stress and exhaustion." They also said that although his tour with Chris Brown, Sean Kingston and Soulja Boy is heading to Chicago tonight, Bow Wow won't be on stage.

As for his Chicago fans, a Sony rep said, "He loves them and will be sure to come back to Chicago soon!"

The rapper behind the hit song "Crank Dat", Soulja Boy has an extremely tough case ahead of him. He is getting sued for trademark infringement by another musician named Souljah Boy.

A rep for Souljah Boy tell PerezHilton.Com:

“I am writing on behalf of the law firm of Alexander, Odunze & Kang LLP to give you a heads up re: the attached complaint, which was filed in federal court this afternoon on behalf of Willie Lyons p/k/a Souljah Boy. By way of background (and as you may already know), Mr. Lyons, known in commerce as Souljah Boy for over twelve years, is suing artist Soulja Boy (birth name: DeAndre Way), his record label, attorney & manager in connection with his blatant infringement of Mr. Lyons’ trademark.”

Rumors have surfaced that Britney Spears is threatening to release a lesbian sex tape of Paris Hilton if she doesn't start treating people better. I personally thing it's total BS as Paris and Britney partied it up at Britney's b-day party. They were rumored to have a falling out there but the day after Paris was out shopping and said she was buying gifts for Britney.

Madonna's last album with Warner Bros. Records is to be released in April 2008, and is to be titled "Licorice". The 1st single is rumored to be the re-mastered version of the track "The Beat Goes On" that will feature Kanye West. Can't wait, should be good!

Madonna’s publicist, Liz Rosenberg, has denied reports that Madonna’s new album will be called "Licorice" and that it’s coming out in April.

The album is now rumored to be called "Give It To Me" but I'm not really buying it.

Cassie - "Conneticut Forever" [Tracklisting]

'Idol' Alum Jessica Sierra violated her probation earlier this month. She was, as you probably know, arrested earlier this month for public intoxication, non-compliance with all levels of authorities, and more. Prosecutors charged Akon with endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree harassment, after he allegedly threw a teenage fan off the stage at a concert in New York state back in June. In his court appearance Monday, he plead not guilty to the charges, and his lawyer issued a statement saying the singer "deeply regrets" the incident.

Today Blake Lewis' music video for "Break Anotha" premiered on Yahoo! It's not great quality but it's still good. About the video, a lot of people don't like it at all, but I actually think it's pretty cool minus the parts with the girl and guy with no effects. They managed to do (for the most part) a pretty cool, unique video for an obviously low budget. Enjoy!
