Ashlee Simpson - "Outta My Head (Ay Ya Ya)" [More Video Info]

Here is the description of the video. It looks awesome, I can't wait! It will premiere via Yahoo! on December 19th.
Has Ashlee Simpson completely lost it? In the singer's video for "Out of My Head (Ay Ya Ya)," which she shot last week with director Alan Ferguson, she goes from talk therapy to straitjackets in short order, and she's literally bouncing off the walls. "It's probably the weirdest video I've seen of hers," her boyfriend Pete Wentz, who was on set, told MTV News. "It's like a Salvador Dalí painting meets 'Being John Malkovich.' She just went to this weird place for it. It has this kind of multiple personality, like the song does."
In the video, Ashlee hears voices — though they aren't in her head; they're the voices of her family, record executives, fans, haters and the media. The opinion overload is driving her crazy, so, according to the video's treatment, she seeks counseling. But her therapist, played by the song's producer, Timbaland, hasn't mastered the art of listening. He interrupts her in a strange drone that makes him sound like the teacher from Charlie Brown cartoons. From there, things just get worse. As the song's beat kicks in, the therapist's office walls melt, and Ashlee finds herself in the middle of a surrealistic landscape, with clouds moving in reverse, melting clocks going backward and a giant Rubik's cube trying to solve itself in the sky. Timbo, now looking like Sigmund Freud, asks, "Am I getting on your nerves?" A chattering mob — including media members with cameras and tape recorders for heads — is closing in, so Ashlee runs away, only to stumble on the massive head of a statue, which looks a lot like her. The head opens its eyes and sings, "What, is that all you got to say? What, what, you're rubbing me the wrong way."
Seeing a freestanding doorway on the horizon, Ashlee runs through it, slams the door and finds herself in a futuristic recording studio where the instruments play themselves, just like in Herbie Hancock's "Rocket" video. Timbaland is behind the mixing board, so Ashlee relaxes for a moment and steps into the booth to sing the first verse. But her respite is soon over, as people come in and start to flood both Ashlee and Tim with their questions and points of view. Ashlee attacks one executive with a mic stand, but when he falls, he splinters into dozens of tiny versions of himself, and the singer faints at the sight. When she wakes, she finds herself bound to the studio floor by cables, as if she's now caught in "Gulliver's Travels" and everyone else has been shrunk down to Lilliputian size. She breaks free, sending the tiny people flying, and when she sits up, she's seemingly safe in her own bedroom. But when she opens the door, it looks like a music video is being shot in the hallway, by a director who has a motion-picture camera for a head. He yells, "Action!" and a puzzled Ashlee sees her spitting image (dressed like Missing Persons' Dale Bozzio) get up and sing, "Ay Ya Ya!" But when she gets to the lyric where she orders people to "Get outta my head," the fake Ashlee collapses. The real Ashlee gasps, causing everyone to notice her. She runs for the studio door, only to find herself back in surreal land, where even her own body doesn't look real anymore.
Defending herself with parts of the melting clock, Ashlee is captured by two men in white with a padded wagon, who put her in a padded room and a straitjacket. She springs from the floor and sticks high on the walls, leaping and sticking to opposite walls as the attendants try to reach her, until ultimately, she's hanging upside down. Her chaperoned visitors and the attendants are finally speechless.

MAJOR Amy Winehouse Drama!
NEWS.COM.AUThe Rehab singer, who is set to be questioned by police over husband Blake Fielder-Civil' charges of assault and allegedly perverting the course of justice, could face prison if she is linked to the conspiracy to clear Blake.
Amy has reportedly vowed to kill herself if she is parted from her husband by a lengthy jail sentence.
A source is quoted as saying: “Amy has had her problems but she is really teetering on the brink.
She has hatched a suicide pact with Blake. If they are both handed lengthy jail sentences she is determined they will end it together rather than face five years apart.
“She can’t live without Blake and her family are worried sick. This could finish her off. She isn’t strong enough for prison life.”
Amy must present herself for questioning this week. She will be finger-printed and asked to give DNA samples, as police reportedly believe she may be linked to crucial documents seized after
Blake was arrested.
A police source said: “This is a very significant development in the investigation.”
Barman James King was allegedly offered £200,000 to change his story, after Blake and his friend Michael Brown were charged with grievous bodily harm following a brawl which severely injured King.
Last month, police searched Amy’s north London home and recovered mobile phone records, bank details and computer software.
Last week, the offices of Amy’s accountant were reportedly searched so officers could review all her transactions.
The source added: “As soon as the figure of £200,000 emerged, the finger of suspicion started to point in her direction. How could Blake, who is not wealthy, be expected to come up with that kind of money? Police want to see where Amy’s money goes to. They will account for every penny.”
If found guilty of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice Amy could face life in prison.

The WGA announced today that it would not grant the Golden Globes or Oscars WGA waivers. This means that no Guild members can work on the show.

Lindsay Lohan News!
What a slow day...at least we have the "Piece Of Me" video premiere tonight to make up for it.Anyways Lindsay Lohan did an interview with Las Vegas radio station, Mix 94.1.
- Lindsay says she's doing really well and that she feels like she's grown up and is now a new person.
- She says 99% of the media is bad and that the 1% is almost all good stuff.
- She says she just doesn't watch any celebrity tv or read any magazines or anything so she doesn't know what's being said about her.
- She says her re-uniting with her father is going great.
- Lindsay neither confirms or denies still seeing Riley Giles.
- She puts out some quick facts about her including that her favorite fast food resteraunt is McDonalds and that her guilty pleasure TV show is Tila Tequila.
- Is asked when her new album will come out but doesn't reply.
- Says that her new album will be going towards a more Urban/Pop direction this time around.
- Says singing and acting are just as important to her.
- Lindsay says she would love to go to Africa and help out children there.
That's pretty much the whole interview. Pretty interesting. I'm guessing her new album will be out towards the end of next year of early 2009.

The biggest reason for the merger and cutbacks, they tell PerezHilton.Com, is the huge failures of the Will.I.Am, Nicole Scherzinger and Eve albums, the last two which aren’t even out yet.
“It cost $18 million to make and market those three albums - all bombs,” a music industry source tells us. “Jimmy Iovine [the head of Interscope responsible for the layoffs] is the most hated man in music today!”

Liza Minnelli Collapses On Stage!
MSN.COMThe singer was performing in a Christmas show Wednesday in Goteborg, Sweden's second biggest city, but collapsed as she walked off stage after finishing her fourth song, said Zlakto Nedanovski, a spokesman for the concert's organizers.
"As she walked down the steps, she passed out. She was taken immediately to her hotel where a doctor was waiting," Nedanovski told The Associated Press.
He said Minnelli was flown to the United States on Thursday on the advice of her doctors there.
"She had felt a bit dizzy before she got up on stage," but decided to proceed with the show anyway, Nedanovski said.We hope she's okay!

Baby Spice On Crutches
Baby Spice was seen on crutches yesterday (picture above.) The cause?“During the last song they sang - right when they were about to leave - they were walking back to the main stage and Baby Spice fell on the stairs,” a concertgoer tells PerezHilton.Com. “The other girls helped her get up and walked to their positions before disappearing from the stage.”
Her injured ankle has forced the group to pull out of a TV performance. The Spice Girls were due to appear on the BBC reality show Strictly Come Dancing on Saturday - ahead of their first performance at London’s O2 Arena the same night - but they have canceled now.
It’s unknown if Baby will recover in time to perform on Saturday, the first night of the band’s 17 evening stint in London.

Pamela Anderson and her husband, Rick Solomon, are doing their own reality TV show. The show is being developed for the E! networks and will “bring viewers inside their whirlwind lifestyle."“We’re in every night. Having sex,” Anderson recently said of her marriage.
They can’t really show that on TV, though. But they’re gonna try!
A source close to the show says, “Think Nick and Jessica’s show [MTV’s Newlyweds], but with a lot more sex and a crazier family life. These two don’t have any boundaries, which is perfect for reality stars.”
The show is expected to debut some time in 2008.

No Golden Globe Awards?
The Golden Globe nominations will be announced tomorrow, but the day may not be merry for the nominees and big studios.
One of the repercussions of the Hollywood writers strike is that the Golden Globes in January may be cancelled, delayed or go ahead without any star support.
This will hurt the big studios’ chances of capitalizing off the Globes noms and wins for box office appeal and to lure Oscar voters.
If the Golden Globes do go on as planned, the Writers Guild of America will likely picket the show.
Screen Actors Guild members will not cross the picket line if they’re nominated. The unions stand in solidarity, and SAG is likely to go on strike for the same reasons (DVD residuals and internet rights) this coming June.
There’s a possibility the WGA will not picket the Globes and grant them a waiver, allowing their writers to work on the show, but that seems unlikely, according to industry insiders.

The actor showed up to a Chicago court today to face charges from his arrest in early November. The Transformers star was detained by police after he refused to leave a Walgreens and appeared drunk or high.
Wednesday morning, LaBeouf was welcomed with the good news that Walgreens does not want to press charges against him. Case closed.
